3. Purposes

The purpose of the Company is the promotion and encouragement of activities that will enhance the utility of the Internet for the benefit of the Australian community including, without limitation, acting as trustee of the .au Community Domains Trust, a public charitable trust to be established between Christopher Leonard Disspain as founder and the Company as original trustee.
